This one throws a Triple Backflip.

Our latest Bean Drop comes from Kochere, Ethiopia, one of the world’s most iconic coffee-growing regions, and it’s an absolute fruit bomb. Produced by Girma Sintayehu, this honey process is bright, juicy and just a little bit ridiculous (in the best way).

If you’ve never had a honey process before, there’s no actual honey involved. The coffee dries with some of the fruit still clinging to the bean, creating a cup that’s packed with sweetness, loads of complexity and a very silky finish.

What’s it taste like?

Think juicy lime cordial, ripe apricot and stonefruits, pineapple and a drizzle of honey, all tied together with soft florals and a clean finish that will have you coming back for another sip.

Why  we gave it the Triple Backflip title?

Because subtle didn’t feel right.

This coffee is lively, colourful and full of personality. It’s the sort of bean that reminds us why we love hunting down incredible coffees from around the world—and why we keep dropping them into Steambeast.

Whether you’re brewing espresso or filter, this one’s guaranteed to wake up your taste buds. We've omni-roasted it, but we are enjoying it on espresso.
