BRAZIL LUIZ DIAZ
So damn good it could get lethal.
A nitrogen-washed Geisha from Brazil - about as special as a bag gets on this shelf. Geisha is the variety roasters chase for its uniqueness, and the nitrogen wash locks in the fruit without the funk. The result is loud in the best way: raspberry lemonade up front, jasmine in the middle, ripe mango on the finish. Delicate, aromatic, and unmistakable.
Roasted omni - it holds up both ways. As espresso it's syrupy and bright, all raspberry and mango. Through filter it opens up and the jasmine really sings.
