ETHIOPIA KOCHERE G1
A bright, tea-like Ethiopian for people who think they don't like fruity coffee.
Honey processing sits between washed and natural — enough fruit to be interesting, not so much it tastes like a smoothie. As espresso it pulls like lime cordial with a chamomile finish. Through filter it opens right up into stonefruit.
If your usual is Heavy Weight, this is the opposite bag: lighter, brighter, rewards a slightly longer shot.
