A natural Ombligón from the Lasso brothers' Finca El Diviso - the same farm, variety and process a barista rode to 3rd at the 2023 World Barista Championship. Fermented whole-cherry with yeast, then dried slowly, it comes out unlike anything else on the shelf: Fruit Loops, the fizzing pop of Wizz Fizz, a rosewater lift on the finish. Heavy Weight is the everyday; this is the one to brew when you want to slow down and pay attention.
